I'm currently working on a Sales Account Director role with a fast-growing, VC-backed adtech business transforming how brands show up in digital video.
My client is a London-based startup with ambitious growth plans and a strong product already making waves across the market. With a focus on bringing TV-level quality and precision to digital video environments, they're building something genuinely differentiated in a crowded space.

The Job
As the Sales Account Director your responsibilities will include:
- Owning and growing senior relationships across key media agencies
- Driving and delivering revenue across your patch
- Building multi-threaded relationships across planning, buying, and investment teams
- Identifying and unlocking new revenue opportunities across agencies
- Leading high-value pitches, responses, and commercial negotiations
You
- 7+ years experience in media or adtech sales
- Strong existing relationships within UK media agencies
- Proven track record of driving revenue and closing strategic deals
