This Company is award-winning, internationally-focused digital marketing agency based in Dublin.

Due to recent phenomenal growth through the addition of several new international clients and the expansion of their agency services, they are on the hunt for a new Account Director who will fit right in with their eclectic, high-performance crew, and help drive the agency to even greater heights.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert digital counsel and develop actionable plans for clients, leveraging various communication platforms across earned, owned, and paid media.
  • Work alongside the strategy team to ensure all strategic plans are implemented by the account and social media teams.
  • Cultivate and grow senior client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving organic business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organisation, building trust and confidence to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of paid campaigns across social, search, and programmatic advertising.
  • Stay at the forefront of consumer culture, understanding what captures attention online and offline, and translating this knowledge into innovative strategies.
  • Act as a strategic partner to our clients, understanding their business objectives, and delivering digital-first content at scale.
  • Monitor and measure the success of digital initiatives, providing continuous optimisation to future-proof our clients' digital transformations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of talented account managers, fostering talent development and retention within the organisation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in account management, with a focus on digital communications and a creative flair.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining senior client relationships, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • In-depth understanding of audience needs, digital touchpoints, and the ability to develop strategies that connect across different platforms.
  • Familiarity with automation and AI technology for digital transformation is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring and motivating teams to deliver outstanding results.
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities, thriving in a fast paced environment.
  • Articulate and engaging communication style, adept at managing multiple client relationships and team needs.
