The Role

We're hiring an Account Director to join a leading experiential agency in London, following an internal team change. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on delivering standout live brand experiences for some seriously exciting clients.

You'll lead end-to-end experiential activations - from concept to execution - across events, pop-ups, nightlife takeovers, stunts, and large-scale cultural moments. The role involves owning senior client relationships and working closely with Marketing Directors and Senior Brand stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, delivery, and execution of experiential and live activations

  • Act as the senior client contact, building trusted relationships with Marketing Directors and Brand Leads

  • Oversee campaigns across events, pop-ups, nightlife activations, and large-scale brand stunts

  • Manage internal teams and external partners including creatives, production, suppliers, and talent

  • Own budgets, timelines, and delivery to ensure high-quality execution

  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and upsell experiential solutions

  • Ensure all activations are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard

Clients & Work

You'll work on well-known, culture-led brands including WKD, BrightClaw, Jägermeister, and MXD, delivering activations such as:

  • Large-scale live events

  • Nightclub takeovers

  • Creative stunts (e.g. a sleigh driven around central London)

  • Pop-ups and immersive brand experiences

About You

  • Proven experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager within an experiential, events, or brand experience agency

  • Strong background delivering live activations and experiential campaigns end-to-end

  • Confident managing senior clients and stakeholders

  • Experience working with alcohol, FMCG, lifestyle, or culture-led brands is highly desirable

  • Organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple live projects

  • A collaborative leader who enjoys being hands-on with delivery
