The agency is now hiring a Senior Account Director to help lead client relationships, drive commercial growth and set the standard for how accounts are run.
The Role
As Senior Account Director, you will be the senior day-to-day lead across a portfolio of key accounts. You will sit at the intersection of client leadership, commercial performance and delivery excellence.
This is a hands-on role. You will be trusted to own relationships, guide strategy, manage teams and spot growth opportunities without layers of approval.
You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams spanning strategy, creative, paid media and production.
Key Responsibilities
* Own senior client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders
* Lead account strategy across always-on activity, campaigns and content programmes
* Drive commercial performance including forecasting, margin control and revenue growth
* Brief and guide creative and strategy teams to deliver social-first, culturally relevant work
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
* Lead and mentor Account Managers and Account Executives
* Contribute to pitches, proposals and new business initiatives
* Help shape agency operations, raising standards and improving processes
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as an Account Director or a Senior Account Manager ready to step up, ideally within a social, digital or integrated agency
* Strong understanding of social platforms, content models and creator-led work
* Commercially minded with experience owning revenue targets and margins
* Confident leading senior clients and managing complex stakeholder relationships
* Calm under pressure, highly organised and solutions-focused
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial agency environment
Location
Hybrid role based in London.
