A growing social and creative agency is seeking an Account Director (Social & Influencer) to join its expanding team. The agency is part of a larger, well-established creative group with over a decade of industry success.

The Role

The Account Director will take the lead on social and influencer campaigns, overseeing client relationships and driving both the creative and strategic direction of the work. The role combines hands-on project leadership with high-level strategic thinking, ensuring that every campaign delivers measurable impact and creative excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day client relationships across social and influencer accounts

  • Develop and implement best-in-class, strategy-led campaigns from concept to delivery

  • Oversee creative and content production with a focus on quality and purpose

  • Manage and mentor a small, ambitious team of social specialists

  • Collaborate with internal talent managers to deliver integrated influencer activity

  • Contribute to new business opportunities and the wider growth of the agency

  • Proven experience leading social and influencer campaigns within an agency environment

  • Strong strategic and creative capabilities

  • Confidence managing clients, budgets, and teams
