As an Account Executive, New Business, you'll be driving fresh partnerships with agencies and brand-direct clients. This is a high-impact role where you'll be prospecting, pitching, and closing new deals, playing a critical part in fueling our next growth phase.

🎯 What You'll Be Doing
* Prospect, pitch, and close new agency and brand-direct business.
* Research and map target accounts, connecting with key decision-makers.
* Develop tailored proposals and lead negotiations to close deals.
* Partner with SDRs, marketing, and cross-functional teams to drive client success.
* Maintain a disciplined pipeline across 50-100 accounts.
✅ What We're Looking For
* 1-3+ years' sales experience in programmatic, digital media, or martech.
* Track record of closing new business in quota-driven environments.
* Hunter mentality with experience prospecting and winning new logos.
* Skilled communicator, able to engage with senior agency and brand stakeholders.
* Existing mid-market agency or brand-direct relationships are a strong plus.
💼 Package
* $90K-100K base + double OTE
