Account Executive - UGC Agency (Manchester) - £30-35k DOE
The Agency
My client are a rapidly growing agency at the intersection of content creation and commerce, empowering beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands with high-impact UGC. Their platform pairs DTC brands with talented creators to deliver consistent, engaging content every month.
The Role
Partner with the Head of Client Services to ensure high-quality, effective creative output
Manage day-to-day operations across assigned accounts, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
Serve as the main point of contact for clients-providing updates, gathering feedback, and communicating needs internally
Participate in client meetings to review performance, share insights, and support strategic planning
Build strong, long-term client relationships and manage low to mid-level issues with care
Respond to inbound leads promptly and support the sales pipeline alongside the founder
Collaborate with the creator team to align on briefs, content delivery, and client expectations
Stay current on industry trends and apply insights to drive campaign success

About You
1-2 years in account management, ideally agency or tech-platform side.
Track record of delivering successful campaigns
Strong communicator with sharp presentation skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects
Confident handling client relationships
Proactive, with a bias for action and growth
Startup-minded and ready to take ownership
Bonus: experience with beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands
