Account Manager - Data & AI Services
Salary: £40k - £50k + £15k Bonus (Paid Quarterly)
Location: London (Hybrid) 1 Day in the Office

The Role
As Account Manager, you'll become a trusted partner to some of the most influential names in the data world. This is a high-touch, relationship-driven role where you'll:
* Own a portfolio of top-tier corporate accounts, building strong, lasting partnerships
* Dive deep into data leaders' challenges, curating connections with peers from other leading brands
* Shape the quarterly agenda for digital roundtables, meetups, and thought-leadership content
* Build engagement and value for members, driving renewals and revenue growth
* Produce insight-led write-ups to fuel conversation and innovation within the community
* Work alongside industry experts, giving members the network and resources they need to thrive
This is a role for someone who loves networking at a senior level, thrives on intellectual curiosity, and wants to become a thought partner in a rapidly evolving industry.
About You
We're looking for a confident communicator with a commercial mindset and the ability to immerse yourself in the fascinating world of data. Ideally, you'll bring:
* Experience in account management, membership services, or B2B sales in Data SaaS, Data Consultancy, or similar sectors
* A background in journalism, content, or editorial would be a huge plus - you'll love turning conversations into actionable insights
* Strong networking skills, both in-person and virtually, and confidence moderating discussions
* A natural ability to build trust with senior leaders
* Knowledge of the data and analytics space is beneficial but not essential - curiosity is key!
