🚀 About the Role
As an Account Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of client relationships - managing, nurturing, and growing key accounts across the Americas. You'll partner closely with Sales, Trading, and Product teams to ensure campaign excellence from launch to renewal.
You'll act as a strategic advisor, guiding clients through data insights, performance optimization, and long-term growth opportunities - all while representing one of the most innovative ad tech players in the space.
🔑 What You'll Do
Deliver exceptional client servicing for both agency and direct brand relationships
Build trusted partnerships to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth
Develop and execute strategic client development plans to scale key accounts
Collaborate with Sales to craft winning proposals and presentations
Translate campaign data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Stay ahead of industry trends, privacy changes, and emerging programmatic solutions
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize performance and innovation
Become an expert in the company's proprietary platform and contribute to product evolution
💡 About You
You're a proactive, analytical, and relationship-driven programmatic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You love solving problems, working with data, and driving measurable impact for clients.
What we're looking for:
2-5 years' experience in programmatic advertising or ad tech, ideally at a DSP or similar platform
Strong client-facing experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident presenter with the ability to build strong relationships and credibility
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness
Able to manage multiple accounts (15-25) while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Resourceful, curious, and eager to learn about emerging technologies
Thrives in a hybrid environment (3 days a week in the office - Financial District, Manhattan)
💰 Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $90,000 - $110,000
Bonus: 10% annual performance bonus
Hybrid working: 3 days in-office (NYC Financial District)
