The organisation manages significant media investment on behalf of major international advertisers and brings together a network of specialist agencies and capabilities spanning investment, data, accountability, and performance optimisation.

Within the UK, the group works with some of the country's largest advertisers and is recognised for its expertise in driving transparency, value delivery, and accountability across complex, multi-channel media investments.

The Role

We are recruiting for an Accountability Manager to join a growing accountability function within a leading media investment environment, based in London.

This is a newly created role driven by team growth and will play a key part in supporting the tracking, analysis, and delivery of media value across a portfolio of clients. The role focuses on ensuring that media investment commitments are met, accurately measured, and clearly reported across multiple agency teams and stakeholders.

Working closely with investment, trading, and global accountability teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing data integrity, supporting forecasting, and ensuring alignment between cost, quality, and contractual delivery expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the management of media value delivery across all clients and media channels
  • Building and maintaining project plans to deliver client commitments efficiently
  • Managing data collection, validation, and reporting in line with internal and client deadlines
  • Working closely with global accountability teams to align delivery against cost and quality benchmarks
  • Ensuring accuracy of all calculations and maintaining robust internal systems and reporting tools
  • Supporting forecasting of media pricing and communicating updates across stakeholders
  • Managing relationships with external auditors and internal audit processes
  • Supporting issue resolution and client-facing audit discussions where required
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal account and investment teams, ensuring clear communication of accountability status
  • Supporting new business activity through data preparation and pricing inputs where required

You

The ideal candidate will have experience within media, investment, or accountability functions, with strong analytical capability and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Essential experience and skills:

  • Experience in a media agency, investment, accountability, or audit environment
  • Strong understanding of media data, pricing, and delivery frameworks
  • Confident communicator with experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong relationship management skills across clients, colleagues, and vendors
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling
  • Ability to interpret data beyond the spreadsheet and provide meaningful commercial context
  • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work across multiple teams and functions
