Ad Operations Executive (Entry level) - Media Agency - Hybrid working - up to 28k


The Company

A well-established, collaborative media agency working with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple digital channels. The agency prides itself on delivering smart, effective advertising campaigns by combining strategic planning, creative thinking and strong operational excellence.

With a focus on accuracy, performance and continuous improvement, the team works closely across planning, buying, creative and client services to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly. As part of ongoing growth, they are now looking for an Ad Operations Executive to strengthen their campaign delivery and operations function.


The Role

Reporting into the Client Director, the Ad Operations / Production Executive will play a key role in the delivery, trafficking and optimisation of advertising campaigns across programmatic and publisher platforms.

You'll be responsible for ensuring campaigns are launched accurately, on time and in line with client objectives, acting as a central point of coordination between internal teams and external partners. This role is well suited to someone with strong technical aptitude, exceptional attention to detail and a genuine interest in how digital media campaigns are executed and optimised.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the setup, trafficking and delivery of advertising campaigns across programmatic and publisher platforms

  • Quality-check creative assets and specifications to ensure compliance with platform and publisher requirements

  • Coordinate with planning, buying, creative and client teams to ensure timely asset delivery and campaign launches

  • Monitor live campaigns, identify delivery issues and implement optimisations where required

  • Troubleshoot technical or delivery challenges in collaboration with internal teams and external partners

  • Produce campaign reports and performance updates for internal stakeholders and clients

  • Maintain accurate documentation, trackers and campaign records

  • Support billing, reconciliation and post-campaign analysis

  • Stay up to date with industry developments, platform updates and best practices in ad operations


You

  • Will have a numerical/analytics focused degree
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Confident communicator, comfortable working with a range of internal and external stakeholders

  • Proficient in Excel and reporting tools

  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset

  • Good understanding of creative formats, ad tags and tracking pixels
