Ad Operations Executive - Digital Media - £30,000-£35,000 + benefits

The Role

This role sits within the Ad Operations team and is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of programmatic and direct campaigns. You will handle trafficking, optimisation, troubleshooting, and reporting across multiple ad formats and platforms.

You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and top-quality execution, as well as support sales and account management teams with campaign insights and delivery updates.

Responsibilities

  • Trafficking and managing display and video campaigns in Google Ad Manager (GAM 360) and other systems

  • Coordinating campaign scheduling and creative submissions with clients and agencies

  • Monitoring live campaigns to ensure delivery accuracy and performance against KPIs

  • Managing discrepancies, troubleshooting delivery issues, and escalating when required

  • Producing screenshots, delivery reports, and post-campaign analysis with actionable insights

  • Supporting sales teams with inventory figures and campaign status updates

  • Working with finance on monthly reconciliations and confirming final campaign revenues

You

  • 1-2 years' experience in an Ad Operations or Trafficking role (preferably within digital media)

  • Hands-on experience using Google Ad Manager (GAM 360) or a similar ad server

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams
