Ad Tech Programme Manager - Digital Media - £50,000-£60,000 (DOE) + bonus + benefits
The Company
My client is a large international digital media business operating across news, entertainment and lifestyle content.
They reach a global audience of millions each month and generate revenue through multiple channels including programmatic advertising, direct campaigns, branded partnerships and emerging digital products.
The business has a strong technology-driven approach to monetisation and works with a wide range of advertising technology partners across the programmatic ecosystem. Their commercial and technology teams collaborate closely to ensure advertising infrastructure, data and product capabilities continue to scale alongside audience growth.
They are now looking for an Ad Tech Programme Manager to lead projects across advertising operations, technology and revenue optimisation.
The Job
Lead cross-functional Ad Tech and Ad Operations projects from scoping through to delivery
Oversee initiatives that improve the performance and scalability of the company's advertising technology stack
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data and Commercial teams to launch new monetisation initiatives
Manage integrations with ad tech vendors and ensure smooth implementation of new platforms and solutions
Analyse revenue and performance data to identify optimisation opportunities
Improve internal workflows across campaign delivery, programmatic operations and reporting
Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with commercial objectives
Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical or operational issues impacting campaign delivery or revenue
You
- 2-5 years experience in digital advertising operations or ad technology
Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystems, ad serving and digital monetisation
Experience managing complex cross-team projects involving technical and commercial stakeholders
Comfortable working with Product and Engineering teams on integrations and platform improvements
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate technical concepts into commercial outcomes
Highly organised with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
