The Company
My client is a UK-based e-commerce company specialising in health, wellness, and home goods, managing multiple brands and focusing on quality products and strong online presence.
As the Affiliate Marketing Executive, you'll own and grow affiliate partnerships across the UK, EU, UAE, and USA. This hands-on role is focused on driving growth, managing key relationships, and maximising ROI.
The Job
- Manage day-to-day affiliate relationships and optimise performance across markets.
- Negotiate commercial terms and oversee offer launches.
- Identify, onboard, and build strong partnerships with affiliates and publishers.
- Analyse campaign performance, optimise for ROI, and report on key insights.
- Expand activity into new markets and platforms, including influencer and content partnerships.
- Ensure all activity aligns with brand guidelines and compliance standards.
You
- 2-3 years' hands-on affiliate marketing experience, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
- Proven track record of managing and growing affiliate programmes internationally.
- Established relationships with networks such as Awin, Amazon Affiliates, and Rakuten.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to negotiate, optimise, and scale.
- Comfortable analysing data and turning insights into action.
- Highly organised, collaborative, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Knowledge of how affiliate activity complements wider digital channels.
