The Job

My client are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can stay cool under pressure.

• You'll manage communications with a wide range of publishers, so strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• A passion for data and a proactive mindset are key-you'll be driving performance through optimisations and strategic projects.
• Excellent organisation and time management are a must.
• You'll support junior team members in their development, while collaborating with peers on impactful initiatives and recommendations.

You

• You're confident using tools like Excel and PowerPoint, and have experience with affiliate network platforms or data validation tools.
• You can navigate reporting platforms with ease and explain them clearly to others.
• You're a great listener who can distil client briefs and communicate them effectively to partners-pushing back when needed to ensure clarity and quality.
• You're comfortable creating client reports and turning data into actionable insights and strategic recomendations.
• You build strong client relationships and take ownership of actions from weekly status meetings.
