Summary
A high-growth creative advertising technology company is seeking an Agency Sales Director to serve as a strategic, client-facing partner responsible for driving revenue growth across a targeted portfolio of brands, media agencies, and ad-tech partners.
This role is ideal for a seasoned digital media sales professional with deep agency relationships and a strong understanding of programmatic and omnichannel media. The ideal candidate brings 7-10+ years of experience in digital media sales or agency environments and thrives in a consultative, growth-oriented setting.
Responsibilities
Build and grow strategic partnerships with media agencies, brands, and ad-tech partners
Enable agency planners, sellers, and decision-makers to drive stronger client outcomes using creative technology solutions
Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across teams, geographies, and use cases
Serve as the internal advocate for client needs, acting as the "voice of the customer"
Lead and negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements
Own and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for top-tier clients
Lead Monthly Account Performance Reviews in partnership with Customer Success
Maintain accurate pipeline and revenue reporting within CRM
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in advertising technology, digital media sales, or agency environments (10+ preferred)
Strong working knowledge of programmatic media and the broader advertising ecosystem
Proven ability to build relationships and uncover growth opportunities within media agencies
Experience integrating products into agency workflows in durable, "sticky" ways
Clear strategies for remaining relevant in highly competitive, vendor-dense agency environments
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Track record of driving customer success, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships
