💼 The Role
Take ownership of an established agency portfolio, deepening relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
Pitch to senior stakeholders across media agencies and brands.
Respond to creative briefs with innovative ideas and tailored solutions.
Prospect new business through leads, networking, events, and outreach.
Represent the company at industry events and socials (some outside standard hours).

A proven track record in media or digital advertising sales.
Strong existing relationships within agency networks.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Confident communication skills and a consultative approach to selling.
