Overview
A forward-thinking creative agency is implementing AI across its operations, from internal systems to client-facing creative work. To support this transformation, the agency is seeking a Creative AI Project Manager who is passionate about AI, highly literate in current tools and trends, and ready to play a central role in building scalable, future-facing AI infrastructure.
You'll work closely with senior leadership to shape the agency's AI strategy, helping teams explore, test, and adopt emerging technologies to enhance everything from ideation to delivery.
This is an ideal role for someone who's both creative and systems-oriented-comfortable working with cross-functional teams, writing clear documentation, and staying ahead of evolving AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
Research, test and assess new AI tools relevant to creative and production workflows (e.g., in social, strategy, video, and reporting)
Develop and maintain internal resources such as prompting guides, toolkits, and use-case libraries
Build and refine custom GPTs and lightweight AI tools tailored to internal and client-facing needs
Collaborate on early-stage product development and internal tool creation (e.g., dashboards, assistants)
Track adoption across teams, support experimentation, and report on what's working
Create clear internal documentation and how-to guides to support broader team onboarding
Contribute to the long-term AI strategy and roadmap
Key Skills & Experience
Deep interest and fluency in creative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Veo 3, HeyGen, Notion, etc.)
Strong communication and documentation skills-able to translate complexity into clarity
Organised, proactive, and systems-minded, with a collaborative approach
Confident working alongside creatives-filmmakers, editors, strategists, and producers
Ability to self-learn and experiment independently with emerging technologies
Nice to Have
No formal coding required, but familiarity with automation or no-code tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable) is a bonus
Interest in low-code and behind-the-scenes AI tooling
Experience building internal resources or training materials
Product thinking or involvement in scoping technical tools or workflows
