Analytics Manager - 12 month Mat Cover

An exciting fashion retail brand in London is looking for an Analytics Manager to join their growing data team.

• Based in London

• £55,000 - £65,000 pro rata

• Start date: 27/05/25

• 2 days a week in the office - Central London

• 12 months mat cover

The Job

As the Analytics Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with Marketing and Buying/Merchandising teams to support brand and trading goals

• Leading and mentoring a team of analytics professionals

• Staying up to date with industry trends and tools

• Delivering and evaluating data science projects (e.g. random forest, k-means, linear regression)

• Enhancing existing data sets through data mining

• Defining and delivering an agreed analytics strategy

• Turning complex data into clear, actionable business insights

• Driving process optimisation through analytics

You

• 6+ years' experience with tools like Python, R or SQL

• Strong communicator, able to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences

• Proven ability to lead analytics projects end to end

• Passionate about improving data quality and tool adoption across the business

• Strong team leadership and mentoring skills

• Experienced in analytical modelling and machine learning techniques
