B2B Account Manager- Integrated Agency


We're looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team in London. You'll take ownership of key client relationships, drive account growth, and oversee multi-channel B2B programmes that bring together brand, content, digital, and performance marketing. This role suits someone who thrives in the B2B space (particularly tech), is commercially minded, and is motivated by delivering measurable results. You'll also have an appetite for exploring how AI can enhance efficiency and impact.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and grow client accounts, becoming their go-to adviser and trusted partner
  • Lead integrated B2B programmes that span brand, content, digital, performance, and ABM
  • Develop customer journey maps and content strategies across the full B2B funnel-from awareness through to revenue
  • Shape and lead client briefs, running sessions with creative, content, and strategy teams to ensure delivery meets expectations on time and on budget
  • Oversee performance marketing campaigns, setting KPIs, monitoring progress, and optimising outcomes
  • Build commercial proposals, confidently scope Statements of Work, and manage budgets, forecasting, and profitability
  • Create account growth plans, spotting opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Contribute content for social platforms (e.g. LinkedIn), case studies, and thought leadership pieces
  • Use AI tools to streamline research, content creation, data analysis, and workflow while maintaining quality standards
  • Mentor junior team members and help raise delivery standards across the team

What you'll bring

  • Experience in account management within an agency setting, with a strong B2B focus
  • Solid background in B2B tech marketing
  • Proven success in building senior-level client relationships and expanding accounts
  • Strong understanding of the B2B funnel and the mechanics of demand and lead generation
  • Experience in performance marketing and interpreting campaign metrics
  • An integrated mindset-comfortable connecting brand, creative, content, PR, media, and digital marketing
  • Ability to brief and guide creative teams and content writers
  • Expertise in mapping customer journeys and developing content strategies across channels and funnel stages
  • Strong commercial skills-pricing, proposals, margin management, and procurement negotiation
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • Confident communicator and presenter, with strong problem-solving abilities
