The Company

Our client is a fast-growing, award-winning creative studio at the forefront of narrative audio. Known for crafting globally acclaimed, chart-topping podcasts, they collaborate with major platforms, media brands, and global talent to produce some of the most talked-about audio storytelling in the world.

With an expanding slate of original IP and branded content, they are looking to grow their commercial team with someone who shares a passion for ambitious storytelling and has a sharp eye for identifying business opportunities.

The Role

As their Business Development Representative, you'll be a key driver of growth-connecting their creative capabilities with new commercial opportunities across media, entertainment, and branded content.

Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, and qualify new business leads across multiple verticals (media, publishing, tech, agencies, brands).
  • Assist in building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Craft tailored outreach strategies and support with pitch materials and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the creative and production teams to shape client-ready concepts.
  • Track and report on outreach, conversion metrics, and deal flow.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.

About You:

  • 6 months -2 years' experience in business development, partnerships, or sales-ideally in media or any marketing related industry.
  • A natural communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Curious, self-starting, and comfortable managing multiple leads at once.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset-able to connect storytelling ideas to business goals.
