Role Overview

As Campaign Manager, you will play a key role in planning and delivering integrated brand campaigns. You will lead and support campaign execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a consistently high creative standard. This role requires strong project management capability, clear communication, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to keep campaigns running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Coordination & Execution

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring key milestones are achieved.

  • Own and manage the full delivery of smaller integrated campaigns.

  • Assist in managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure campaigns remain on track.

  • Coordinate across creative, production, strategy, and media teams to ensure seamless execution and effective resourcing.

  • Develop a strong understanding of departmental responsibilities and agency-wide processes, actively driving best practice across all projects.

  • Work closely with senior client service leads to strengthen client relationships and build confidence in campaign delivery.

  • Present creative concepts, strategic thinking, and insights to clients alongside agency colleagues.

Client & Stakeholder Support

  • Act as a day-to-day client contact, providing regular updates and ensuring clear, consistent communication.

  • Support senior leadership in managing external partners, talent, agencies, and internal teams.

  • Assist with campaign reporting, status updates, and post-campaign analysis.

Project & Budget Management

  • Own and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met.

  • Support overall budget tracking, flagging risks or potential overspend and identifying efficiencies.

  • Take ownership of specific budget areas, ensuring spend remains controlled and scope creep is minimised.

  • Identify and escalate potential project risks to senior stakeholders.

Creative & Strategic Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

  • Support strategic planning by helping integrate audience insights and data into campaign development.

  • Ensure all deliverables remain aligned with the overarching creative vision.


Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in campaign or project management within a creative, marketing, or advertising agency.

  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social, experiential, and content production.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Proven ability to lead internal teams through campaign delivery.

  • Confident in guiding clients through the campaign process.

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive, solutions-focused team player.

  • A genuine passion for sport, gaming, or wider culture is essential.
