The Opportunity

This agency is scaling fast, and they're looking for an Account Director who thrives at the intersection of strategy, client advisory, and commercial growth.
You'll lead key client relationships, unlock new opportunities, and ensure delivery of high‑impact work across digital, creative and growth channels.

This is a highly visible, senior role with real ownership - perfect for someone who wants to step up, shape the direction of accounts, and build long‑term partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Acting as the strategic lead and primary point of contact for your client portfolio
  • Building strong, trusted relationships that drive retention and long‑term growth
  • Advising clients on marketing performance, business strategy and commercial levers
  • Leading pitches, proposals and new business conversations end‑to‑end
  • Understanding client goals, audiences and markets to shape integrated marketing solutions
  • Working closely with creative, growth, digital and production teams to deliver best‑in‑class work
  • Managing account performance, reporting and delivery from onboarding to completion
  • Leading contract renewals, negotiations and commercial discussions
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell, cross‑sell and expand account value
  • Staying ahead of industry trends and advising clients accordingly

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years' account management or client‑services experience within an agency or consultancy
  • Proven success driving client growth and owning senior relationships
  • Strong understanding of multi‑channel marketing, commercial strategy and campaign delivery
  • Confident presenter with excellent pitch, deck‑building and storytelling skills
  • Commercially minded, proactive and highly organised
  • Experience originating and closing new business is a strong advantage
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambitious, high‑growth environment
  • A technical background in either PPC or Paid Social
