Client Success Manager - Digital Media & Ad Tech - between £30K-£35K (DOE)

The Company

Our client is a fast-growing digital advertising and technology business that partners with premium publishers and advertisers to deliver high-impact, data-driven campaigns. They are focused on building a trusted environment for brands and audiences, working with a broad network of publishers and hundreds of advertisers worldwide.

The Job

  • You'll manage the end-to-end delivery of programmatic campaigns across a network of premium publisher inventory, ensuring a smooth client experience that supports retention and unlocks future revenue opportunities.

  • You'll act as a central point of contact for internal teams and clients, ensuring campaigns are accurately set up, aligned with client goals, and supported by clear documentation and performance metrics.

  • You'll support the wider commercial team by providing operational clarity, campaign updates, and insight-led recommendations that align with both brand and performance objectives.

  • You'll work collaboratively with sales, product, and operations teams to enhance service quality, streamline delivery, and adapt to evolving product offerings and client needs.

  • You'll be responsible for post-campaign analysis and insights, helping clients understand results and optimising for future engagement.

  • You'll play an active role in fostering strong, long-term client relationships through consistent service excellence and a focus on measurable outcomes.

  • You'll contribute to a team culture focused on accountability, shared success, and continuous improvement.

You

  • 1-3 years experience in a client-facing role within a media agency, publisher or ad tech business
  • An understanding of programmatic advertising and the eco system around it
  • Fluent English
  • Degree educated
