Client Success Manager - 12-month FTC with potential to go perm
The Company
Our client is a well‑established advertising and media technology business operating across premium verticals including finance, business, technology and lifestyle. The company works with large, well‑known brands and has built a strong reputation for delivering measurable results through data‑led, performance‑focused advertising solutions.
The business operates globally, with teams across multiple international markets, and partners directly with advertisers as well as selected agencies. Client relationships are long‑term and retention‑driven, with a strong emphasis on transparency, accountability and commercial impact.
The Role
The Client Success Manager will take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, managing relationships end to end while overseeing campaign strategy, execution and performance.
This is a client‑facing, commercially focused role that spans campaign delivery, optimisation, reporting and account growth. You will work closely with internal sales, analytics, product and finance teams to ensure campaigns deliver against agreed objectives and identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships.
Campaigns are managed within the company's own platform, with a strong focus on performance, measurement and client outcomes rather than hands-on buying or trading.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage a defined book of advertiser accounts, acting as the primary point of contact
Deliver and optimise multiple campaigns concurrently, ensuring performance against agreed KPIs
Manage commercial aspects of accounts, including budgets, forecasts and ongoing revenue tracking
Analyse campaign performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights for clients
Identify and drive upsell and growth opportunities within existing accounts
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and client satisfaction
Build trusted, long‑term client relationships focused on retention and sustainable growth
Experience Required
Experience in client success, account management or campaign management within digital advertising, media or ad tech
Proven track record managing multiple strategic client accounts simultaneously
Strong commercial acumen, with experience discussing budgets, value and ROI with clients
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance data and reporting
Ability to communicate complex information clearly to both clients and internal stakeholders
Highly organised, proactive and accountable
