About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised and creative Content & Campaign Manager to join a fast-growing, London-based agency that works across brand strategy, content, and campaigns - particularly in the corporate and sports spaces.

If you're passionate about social-first video, know your way around TikTok/Reels trends, and are confident managing the full lifecycle of content campaigns, this could be the role for you. You'll be an essential bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects run smoothly while maintaining creative energy and strategic focus.


Key Responsibilities

Video & Social Content

  • Confident with short-form video formats (Reels, TikTok), trends, and social media culture

  • Occasionally lead or assist on shoots, including logistics and creator management

  • Give constructive feedback on edits and concepts, ensuring brand and platform alignment

  • Comfortable occasionally appearing on camera for TikTok-style or short-form conten

Campaign & Content Management

  • Oversee multi-asset campaign delivery and ongoing content execution

  • Maintain detailed status tracking (e.g., project boards, content calendars)

  • Brief in creative work to design teams and manage amends

  • Proactively manage timelines and potential bottlenecks

Client Interaction

  • Liaise directly with clients and present work when required

  • Translate feedback into actionable tasks for internal delivery

Copywriting

  • Write compelling, on-brand copy for posts and content assets

  • Ensure copy is optimised for performance and compliance

Cross-Functional Support

  • Occasionally support with comment moderation and community interaction

  • Contribute to campaign reporting and performance analysis

  • Help identify risks and ensure reputational safety for brands


About You

  • 1-2 years' experience in content production, campaign management, or client-facing roles

  • Proactive, organised, and confident juggling multiple workflows and deadlines

  • Up to date with social platform behaviours and formats

  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal

  • Enjoy collaboration and bring positive energy to the team

  • Confident using Google Workspace and/or presentation tools (e.g., Keynote)

  • Comfortable being occasionally on camera for social content
