About the Role

Create engaging, platform-native social content for a global beauty brand, focused on authenticity, cultural relevance, and real audience connection. This role blends creativity with speed-spotting trends, producing content end-to-end, and delivering work that feels natural, relatable, and worth sharing.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept, shoot, edit, and publish social-first content across platforms
• Turn brand messaging into authentic, engaging content
• Stay on top of trends and create timely, reactive content
• Adapt content for different formats to maximise reach
• Collaborate with teams and support creator-led shoots
• Experiment with new ideas, tools, and formats (including AI)

Skills & Experience

• 2-4 years in social content creation with a strong portfolio
• Confident across filming, editing, and publishing
• Skilled in tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva
• Deep understanding of social platforms and trends
• Fast, collaborative, and creatively driven
• Passion for inclusive and authentic storytelling
