Job Title: Social Media Content Creator
A fast-growing consumer brand is looking for a hands-on social media creative to develop content and build engaged communities across TikTok and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish short-form content, from reactive posts to more polished campaign assets
- Write captions and scripts aligned to brand tone and platform best practices
- Manage content calendars, balancing planned activity with real-time opportunities
- Engage with audiences through comments, DMs, and wider social conversations
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, collaborations, and creator partnerships
- Track performance and use insights to improve content and reach
Requirements
- Experience managing and creating content for social media, ideally within lifestyle or consumer brands
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram, including trends and formats
- Confident filming, editing, and publishing content using tools like CapCut, Adobe, or Canva
- Good eye for design and consistent visual style
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice
- Proactive, organised, and comfortable working at pace
- Based in or near London (hybrid working)**
