Content Producer - Post-Production & Design
Location: Elstree (Hybrid - 4 days in office)
Salary: £40,000
Start Date: January 2026 (option to begin a few days in December)
A leading creative production studio is seeking a Design & Post Producer to oversee post-production and design delivery across major accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced post environment and enjoys balancing creative oversight with hands-on project management.
The Role
Manage design and post-production workflows across a variety of deliverables.
Oversee delivery of creative assets including:
Digital OOH
Brochures
Marketing collateral
Supervise designers and ensure high-quality design output.
Maintain timelines, manage feedback rounds and ensure work is delivered accurately to spec.
Collaborate closely with post teams and designers to maintain high standards.
Liaise with shooting producers when required (this role is not shoot-focused).
About You
Minimum 2+ years' experience in production, post-production or design.
Strong understanding of design processes and post-production workflows.
Not suitable for candidates looking for shoot production roles (limited travel/on-set work).
If coming from a design-heavy background, must demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for production and managing post workflows.
Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working under pressure.
Ambitious and keen to grow within a large, high-performing production environment.
Working Model
Elstree-based office, 4 days per week
Potential 1 day WFH for post team depending on scheduling
Start date January 2026 (with optional December onboarding days)
