Email Marketing SAE / Junior Account Manager - 3-Month Contract (Temp to Perm)
Location: North London (5 days a week, in-office)

Introduction
An exciting founder-led brand in North London is looking for an Email Marketing Senior Account Executive or Junior Account Manager to join their team on a 3-month contract, with the view to go permanent. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and enjoys working directly with passionate business leaders.
The Role
You'll take the lead on building and managing email marketing campaigns for the business, with a focus on performance, automation, and engaging storytelling. Working in a hands-on environment, you'll be expected to own end-to-end email execution - from planning and copywriting through to deployment and performance tracking.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing email marketing flows and automated journeys using Klaviyo
- Writing clear, on-brand, and engaging copy for newsletters, promotions, and lifecycle emails
- Monitoring performance and optimising campaigns for engagement and conversions
- Working closely with the founder and internal stakeholders to align email strategy with business goals
- Managing timelines and ensuring campaign delivery is consistent and timely
You - Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an email marketing, CRM, or digital comms role
- Proven experience building and automating flows in Klaviyo
- Strong copywriting skills with a portfolio of engaging, conversion-focused content
- Comfortable working full-time from a North London office
- A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a founder-led, fast-moving business
Contract Details
- Rate: £250-300 per day (Outside IR35)
- Comfortable working full-time (5 days a week in office) from a North London office
- Length: 3-month contract initially
- Potential to Go Perm: £40,000 salary if successful
