Introduction
I am hiring a Senior CRM Manager for a leading FinTech payments business. This is a full-time contract for 6 months, hybrid working, with 3 days per week in the Central London office.

The Role
This is a hands-on delivery role to stabilise, execute, and optimise CRM activity across lifecycle, campaign, and automated communications. You will lead day to day execution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, owning build through QA to launch, and driving performance improvements.

Responsibilities include:

  • Execute CRM strategy through Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver exceptional customer journeys and growth
  • Own day to day SFMC campaign delivery, build, QA, launch, and optimisation
  • Manage journeys, automations, triggered communications, and segmentation
  • Monitor performance, run testing, and translate insights into improvements
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across marketing, product, analytics, and compliance to keep delivery moving

You, Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in a Senior Account Management or similar client-facing role, ideally within a digital agency supporting FinTech
  • Expert level CRM strategy experience, and hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud capability
  • Proven SFMC experience across implementation, automation, and reporting
  • Strong stakeholder management, you can translate business goals into CRM that performs
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment, with strong QA discipline
