Job Title: Social Content Creator
Location: London (3 days per week in the office)
Day Rate: £45,000+ per annum (pro rated)

Contract: Full time, 3 month contract
Start Date: ASAP

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:

• Develop innovative and visually engaging social video content - including self-shot pieces - to strengthen brand storytelling and expand reach across key social platforms.
• Stay informed on the latest content and platform trends, consistently bringing new and relevant ideas to the team.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to turn creative concepts into high-quality content, managing projects from ideation through to final delivery.
• Support a content creator in maintaining a steady flow of content for various brands, contributing to projects at all stages from planning to execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Help build monthly content calendars by generating ideas, conducting research, and producing social-first content.
• Engage with communities by responding to comments, monitoring social inboxes, and identifying opportunities for interaction and growth.
• Contribute to performance tracking by assisting with the collation of social post data for monthly client reports.

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in a content creation or social media role, or a strong personal presence on social platforms.
• Skilled in shooting and editing short-form video content (e.g. Reels, TikToks).
• Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and how to engage audiences effectively.
• Experience creating content across multiple platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• A genuine passion for social media, with a proactive attitude towards exploring emerging trends and formats.
• Creative, resourceful, and able to bring fresh ideas to life.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Motivated to learn, experiment, and grow within a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
