The role

We're looking for an Influence Account Manager to support the delivery of always-on and campaign-led influencer activity for a major FMCG client. You'll sit within a collaborative agency team, acting as a key day-to-day client contact and owning end-to-end influencer delivery across planning, creator management and reporting.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from briefing through to execution, reporting and optimisation

  • Act as day-to-day client contact, managing timelines, expectations and approvals

  • Support creator sourcing, outreach, negotiation and contracting in line with campaign objectives and budgets

  • Oversee content production and delivery, ensuring assets are on-brand, platform-first and compliant

  • Coordinate with internal teams across social, strategy, creative, paid and production

  • Track performance and deliver PCAs with clear insights and recommendations

  • Ensure all activity is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard

Ideal background

  • Proven experience as an Influence Account Manager (or strong Senior Account Executive) within an agency

  • Hands-on experience working on FMCG brands and high-volume creator programmes

  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, platforms and creator best practice

  • Confident communicator with strong organisation and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable working at pace in a busy agency environment

  • Able to be in the office 3 days per week
