The role
We're looking for an Influence Account Manager to support the delivery of always-on and campaign-led influencer activity for a major FMCG client. You'll sit within a collaborative agency team, acting as a key day-to-day client contact and owning end-to-end influencer delivery across planning, creator management and reporting.
Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from briefing through to execution, reporting and optimisation
Act as day-to-day client contact, managing timelines, expectations and approvals
Support creator sourcing, outreach, negotiation and contracting in line with campaign objectives and budgets
Oversee content production and delivery, ensuring assets are on-brand, platform-first and compliant
Coordinate with internal teams across social, strategy, creative, paid and production
Track performance and deliver PCAs with clear insights and recommendations
Ensure all activity is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
Ideal background
Proven experience as an Influence Account Manager (or strong Senior Account Executive) within an agency
Hands-on experience working on FMCG brands and high-volume creator programmes
Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, platforms and creator best practice
Confident communicator with strong organisation and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working at pace in a busy agency environment
Able to be in the office 3 days per week
