Job Title: Senior Social Content Creator
Location: London (3 days per week in the office)
Day Rate: £50,000+ per annum (pro rated)

Contract: Full time, 3 month contract
Start Date: ASAP

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:

  • Craft compelling, conversation-driving social content to position the brand as a thought leader across a variety of platforms.
  • Create innovative and visually engaging video content - including self-shot pieces - to elevate storytelling and expand reach on key social channels.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary internal team to transform creative concepts into high-quality, impactful content from ideation through to delivery.
  • Regularly liaise with client stakeholders and participate in client-facing meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of content projects, leading planning, execution, and delivery while guiding the broader team to produce outstanding results.
  • Strategically plan for channel growth, including the development of content calendars, optimisation strategies, and the creation of learning plans based on data-driven insights.
  • Work with influencers to co-create engaging, platform-relevant content.
  • Present monthly performance reports and actionable insights to clients to inform ongoing strategy and content planning.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience delivering social campaigns for well-known brands - from creative concepting and copywriting to post-production and delivery.
  • A sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality control and brand consistency in fast-paced, real-time social environments.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach - someone who contributes ideas and supports others proactively.
  • A well-rounded portfolio of social content work, ideally with demonstrable success for global or high-profile brands.
  • Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently.
  • Experience in social strategy and tactical content planning, with a clear understanding of what drives growth and engagement.
  • Deep passion for social media - up-to-date with the latest trends, formats, and platform features.
  • Hands-on experience in content production, including lo-fi video creation (self-shooting and editing).
  • Strong grasp of audience development, using data and community insights to inform and evolve creative work.
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to support briefs - whether that's writing copy, shaping creative direction, or reviewing assets.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, and confident managing deadlines and complex projects.
