My Client is looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead retail-focused campaigns across major partners and platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and partnerships - driving engaging, trend-led social content that amplifies brand presence and delivers real impact at retail. From pitching bold campaign ideas to collaborating with influencers, shaping viral content, and reporting on performance, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing our products to life across the social landscape.
The Role

  • Develop and execute platform-specific social strategies tailored to key retail partners and regions.
  • Align social content with wider campaign calendars, including product launches and major retail moments like Prime Day or Black Friday.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to create compelling narratives for both brand and retailer-owned channels.
  • Lead ideation and pitching of social-first retail campaigns, presenting creative concepts such as TikTok challenges, IG Lives, or influencer takeovers.
  • Identify and secure co-branded social opportunities, exclusives, and joint creative campaigns with retailers.
  • Source, manage, and collaborate with influencers and creators to deliver retail-relevant content that highlights product USPs.
  • Negotiate placements through retailer influencer programs and ensure influencer content aligns with campaign tone and objectives.
  • Oversee development of social-first, trend-led content optimized for retail partners and viral performance across platforms.
  • Act as final sign-off on creative, ensuring alignment with brand, retailer, and legal guidelines while keeping content innovative.
  • Define and track KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, sentiment, sales uplift) and deliver performance reporting to stakeholders and retail partners.

You

  • Deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and influencer ecosystems
  • Strong stakeholder management (internal & external)
  • Creative pitching and visual storytelling
  • Data-driven mindset with a strong eye for brand voice and quality
  • Knowledge of retail marketing dynamics and timelines
  • Excellent project management to oversee multiple retailer calendars
