Overview
We're looking for a Social Account Manager to join a leading global creative agency, supporting social media activity for a major international consumer brand.
This role sits within a busy, integrated social team and will focus on the day-to-day management and delivery of social campaigns and always-on content, working closely with strategists, creatives, community managers and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage social media activity end-to-end across always-on and campaign-led work
Support delivery of social content calendars, timelines and publishing schedules
Act as a key day-to-day contact across internal teams and external partners
Coordinate briefs, approvals, amends and delivery across multiple workstreams
Ensure social content aligns with brand tone, platform best practice and audience insight
Support reporting and performance analysis, feeding into optimisation and learnings
Help maintain smooth account operations in a fast-paced agency environment
Required Experience
Proven experience in a social account management role, ideally within a creative or social agency
Hands-on experience managing social activity for consumer, lifestyle or beauty brands
Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and content formats
Highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple deadlines
Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
Experience working on global or multi-market social accounts
Familiarity with social analytics and reporting tools
Exposure to influencer or creator-led social content
