Job Title: Social Creative
Location: Bath (office on an ad hoc basis)
Day Rate: £350 per day, outside IR35

Contract: Part time, 1 month contract
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:
My client are an independent agency who are looking for a Social Creative to support them on one of their FMCG clients

Key Responsibilities:

• Social-First Ideation & Strategy: Develop creative concepts and content strategies for short-form video tailored to platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Creative Briefing & Scripting: Produce detailed creative briefs and scripts for both in-house teams and creators producing self-shot content.
• Art Direction & Shoot Oversight: Provide clear art direction and support during content shoots-whether mobile-first or production-led, on location or in-studio-to ensure alignment with the original vision.
• Mobile-First Content Production: Confidently shoot and edit social-first videos using in-app tools and software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, with occasional support from editors.
• Production Support: Coordinate logistics as needed, including talent, location scouting, and prop sourcing.
• Trend & Cultural Insight: Apply a strong understanding of platform trends, social best practices, and cultural shifts to inform content development.
• Collaborative Workflow: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative output in line with wider campaign goals.

Ideal Profile

• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and evolving short-form content trends.
• 2+ years' experience in a similar creative or social-first role.
• A proven portfolio of innovative, engaging social video content.
• Strong visual and creative sensibility, with high attention to detail.
• Experience with video editing tools like Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
• A collaborative, proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
