The role:

• Leading all aspects of creative, video, design and UI/UX.
• Delivering across marketing, product and content for effective visual and conceptual marketing comms and campaign designs.
• Aligning all creative concepts with brand and product proposition needs.
• Manage all creative processes from ideation through to completion.
• Leading a growing team of creative specialists, to lead on maximising the full potential of their brands, so they are positioned in the market in the best way.

You

• A creative expert, with a background in graphic design, marketing, comms or UI/UX.
• Have strong experience across mobile applications, web, social and more.
• Key a eye for design, understanding the needs of each stakeholder and working cross functionally with different teams in the business
• Understand the demographic of each product, to ensure their position in the market to consumers.
• Leadership experience, having grown teams up from scratch.
•  Leading creative teams that are skilled across graphic design, videography, animation, UX/UI and design output.
