My client is one of the industries leading SEO and Content Optimisation Platforms In their space. They work with brands and agencies to run and improve their digital marketing campaigns with a focus on the SEO market.

They work with some incredible clients, offering a huge amount of variety in your portfolio as well as the chance to build strong and meaningful relationships with each client for the initial part of their customer journey. As well as their strong client portfolio, they also have over $70m in funding behind them.

They are an office of passionate technology professionals who still maintain that 'start-up' environment where everyone is striving for better. They are ideally looking for someone who has 3+ years experience in Customer Success with experience onboarding enterprise clients to a SaaS platform. The role will have you onboarding your own clients onto the technology then being responsible for owning and retaining them from there. A great opportunity to build strong client relationships from the start for a company who is winning over 90% of any pitch they are going for right now!

The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Initially work with clients to understand their needs on the platform, and provide solutions to set it up as best to that
  • Act as the technical expert on the platform for your clients through set up.
  • Set up and onboard clients onto the tech platform, assessing their ongoing needs
  • Build strong relationships with clients as their go to point of contact for the tech.
  • Create and define training programmes for your tech
  • Run QBRs with clients on their tech usage
  • Retain clients and look for growth opportunities.


  • You will have at least 3 years' experience in a Customer Success role with experience onboarding enterprise level accounts.
  • You will ideally have some experience working on a similar eCom tech or SaaS platform serving clients online.
  • You will have experience analysing data or working with Adobe/Google Analytics
  • You have a good knowledge of the Digital Marketing or Mar Tech industry - preferably in SEO
  • You ideally have some experience in Project Management
  • You have experience working with large, Enterprise clients.
  • You are bright, intelligent, and a quick-thinker.
  • You have some strong client-facing experience
