The Role

We're looking for a Data Analytics Director to take a senior leadership position within our analytics function. This is a pivotal role that combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and client leadership. You'll oversee advanced analytics frameworks, guide data-led decision making, and lead a talented team to deliver world-class marketing insights.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, media activation teams, and clients, you'll ensure data and technology are fully embedded into our campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a senior strategic partner to clients, building trusted relationships and shaping long-term analytics roadmaps.

  • Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable insights through data storytelling and compelling reporting.

  • Design and oversee advanced measurement frameworks, including attribution modelling, forecasting, and experimentation.

  • Lead on the adoption of marketing technologies such as CDPs, data clean rooms, and MMM.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with media, creative, and external partners to ensure data and analytics enhance campaign performance.

  • Develop relationships with major media and tech platforms to bring clients best-in-class opportunities.

  • Line manage and mentor Managers and Analysts, providing training, guidance, and career development.

  • Contribute to agency-wide innovation projects and strategic initiatives.


Skills & Experience

  • Experience in marketing analytics, ideally within an agency or in-house digital marketing team.

  • Proven expertise across key channels: programmatic, video, paid social, and paid search.

  • Strong background in advanced analytics: statistical modelling, attribution, forecasting, and testing frameworks.

  • Excellent grasp of marketing technology and data infrastructure, with experience leveraging mar-tech and ad-tech ecosystems.

  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets; proficiency in SQL, R, or Python desirable.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; confident translating data into strategic recommendations.

  • Previous experience line managing and coaching teams.
