Data Consulting Manager - must have GMP expertise

A growing data and digital consultancy is looking for an experienced Digital Consulting Manager to join its London-based team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading complex client projects, building trusted senior relationships, and developing high-performing teams.

The Role

You'll take ownership of end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of digital and data-led engagements. Acting as a senior point of contact for clients, you'll translate business challenges into practical solutions while ensuring projects are delivered on time, to scope, and to a high standard.

Alongside delivery, you'll play a key role in mentoring consultants, supporting their development, and contributing to a collaborative, values-driven team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple client projects from discovery through to implementation

• Partner closely with senior stakeholders, responding confidently to strategic and technical questions

• Identify growth opportunities within existing client relationships and support commercial conversations

• Manage project plans, resourcing, risks, budgets, and quality of outputs

• Provide guidance and line management to junior team members

• Apply digital and data expertise across areas such as analytics, media, customer experience, and performance optimisation

About You

• Degree educated or equivalent professional experience

• Strong background in digital marketing, data, analytics, or consulting

• Proven experience managing projects and small teams

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, international environments

• Commercially minded with the ability to spot and develop opportunities

• Confident communicator, both written and verbal, at senior client level

Experience gained in consulting firms, digital agencies, analytics providers, technology platforms, or client-side digital teams would be well suited to this role.
