The Company

My client is one of the most exciting and fast growing ad tech businesses worldwide. With Huge growth being only a few years old, they have recently acquired 2 other businesses and are not slowing their growth down.

Their tech is Omnichannel Programmatic Targeting with this being focused on selling their Data and Measurement solution.

This is a chance to work alongside some incredibly senior people in the industry and be part of a real Rocketship with a direct route to a VP role next!

They need someone with a strong knowledge of Programmatic and a Data/Measurement Sales Background (Liveramp, Lotame, Nielsen, Oracle) who has an extensive contact of Agencies. They need a hustler and someone who's excited to make this a success - and move into Leadership in the near future as you progress!

The Role

As a Sales Director you will:

  • Selling the company's brand new Data and Measurement product to market, with the backing of their core products.
  • Be the product expert and show the value of this to your clients regularly
  • Sell to Holding Co Agencies as well as Independent Agencies.
  • Be the Programmatic expert and show your extensive market knowledge to educate clients
  • Consulting and educating contacts on the benefits of the product and how it can impact their campaigns
  • Pitching to and meeting with Tier 1 Agency programmatic partners
  • Attending various trade shows and events


  • Ambitious and driven self-starter with great agency contacts
  • Fantastic Programmatic and Video knowledge
  • A Self-Serve/SaaS Data or Measurement Sales Background
  • Holding Co relationships are essential
  • Passionate about digital advertising and ad technology
  • Ideally you'll have over 4 years agency sales experience from an Ad Tech
  • A strong knowledge of RTB, DSPs, Ad Exchanges
  • Knowledge of the digital ecosystem and digital advertising
  • Fun, personable and intelligent with a desire to get ahead!
