The Job
As Digital Operations Executive, you'll play a crucial role in supporting both the digital ad operations and project management teams. This role is ideal for someone who's technically skilled with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and has a methodical, proactive approach to campaign execution and tracking accuracy.

You'll work closely with media, analytics, and development teams to implement and audit tracking tags, manage GTM containers, and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise. Alongside your technical duties, you'll also provide essential support on project coordination, documentation, and team communication-keeping digital projects on track and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, audit, and troubleshoot tracking tags using GTM across websites and campaigns

  • Collaborate with media and analytics teams to define and deliver tracking requirements

  • Set up and QA advertising pixels (Meta, CM360, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.)

  • Maintain GTM containers, test environments, and documentation of data layers and pixel setups

  • Debug issues using tools like Tag Assistant and browser developer tools

  • Assist project managers with administrative support including task tracking, documentation, CMS updates, and meeting coordination

  • Build and maintain tagging sheets and tracking documentation tailored to client needs

  • Help manage project timelines, deliverables, and team meetings to keep momentum

  • Support project budget tracking and general reporting tasks

You

  • Have a strong understanding of GTM, pixel implementation, and tagging best practices

  • Are confident using browser dev tools and QA extensions to troubleshoot technical issues

  • Have a solid interest in data / operations and have some experience with data tools

  • Are organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks across stakeholders

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and take initiative to keep things moving smoothly

  • Are eager to grow your understanding of ad tech, digital platforms, and compliance
