Our client an innovative and tech first focused Creative Production House is seeking an experienced NY based New Business Director to lead commercial growth and expansion across the U.S. This senior leadership role is ideal for a strategic, relationship-driven leader who thrives at the intersection of business development, client partnerships, and execution.
What you'll do:
* Drive U.S. revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners
* Lead high-profile client engagements and ensure exceptional delivery
* Collaborate closely with executive leadership across creative, technology, and operations
* Oversee operations, budgets, and scalable growth processes
* Represent the company at industry events and strengthen brand presence
* Lead and mentor teams with a people-first, growth-oriented mindset
What we're looking for:
* 5+ years of experience in business development in the creative or advertising space
*Active rolodex of prospects and Leads--with a focus on the NY market
* Strong financial, strategic, and operational acumen
* Experience partnering with creative and technology teams
* Data-driven, resilient leader with big-picture thinking
* English required; Spanish is a plus
