Please note, you will need to have experience with Klaviyo and Shopify.
This role supports the growth of a portfolio of luxury brands, with a focus on CRM and customer experience. You'll be delivering and optimising customer touchpoints across multiple international sites, helping create a seamless journey both online and in-store.
A bit about the role
- Build and deliver CRM campaigns (automations, newsletters, lifecycle) from briefing through to analysis
- Support and improve CRM strategy using tools like Klaviyo and Shopify POS
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and retail teams to align campaigns and customer messaging
- Manage and optimise customer data, ensuring GDPR compliance
- Analyse campaign performance and use insights to improve engagement and retention
- Support loyalty programmes, events, and customer activations
- Work with operations, customer service, and warehouses to keep everything running smoothly
A bit about you
- 3+ years' experience in CRM or email marketing (in luxury, beauty, or retail)
- Good knowledge of segmentation, A/B testing, and lifecycle marketing
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and Excel
- Commercially aware with an interest in customer experience and premium brands
- Hands-on experience with tools like Klaviyo and Shopify
- Experience with automated journeys, testing, and reporting
- Strong data and Microsoft Office skills
