eCommerce Manager

Please note, you must be fluent in both German (C2) and English.

As the eCommerce Manager, you'll lead the strategic development and continuous optimisation of the online store. Delivering exceptional user experiences, driving performance through data, and putting customers first. You'll collaborate closely with several teams and your own ideas will help shape the future of this company's online presence.

A bit about the role:

• Own the performance of the Shopify shop, using data-driven strategies to improve key metrics like conversion rate, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
• Steer the roadmap, aligning business goals with tactical execution.
• Working cross-functionally with Marketing and other teams, you'll manage major eCommerce processes including new product launches, limited drops, and high-stakes campaigns.
• Track performance through key KPIs, translate data into actionable insights, and share results that guide the strategy.

A bit about you:

• Hands-on experience in eCommerce, product management, or as a Product Owner.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify and best practices for online shop optimisation.
• You approach challenges with a user-first mindset and are experienced in scoping, prioritising, and rolling out new features and improvements.
• You've managed internal teams and/or external agencies, and you understand what an efficient, high-impact setup looks like.
• You're an excellent communicator with the ability to break down complex topics and work effectively with diverse stakeholders across the business.
