Our client is looking for an eCommerce Manager to lead growth and commercial performance across 20+ markets. The role focuses on accelerating sales, increasing conversion, enhancing attachment rates, and delivering sustainable revenue growth through smart, impactful digital commerce strategies.
As the eCommerce Manager, you'll take ownership of the strategy and execution plans, ensuring best-in-class delivery across all product categories and across every customer touchpoint.
About the role
- Oversee platform performance, aligning regional initiatives to accelerate digital adoption and drive revenue.
- Analyse performance at a granular level, transforming insights into actionable improvements and strengthening reporting to better understand the customer behaviour.
- Launch and optimise eCommerce tools, capabilities, and initiatives, supporting development teams on major platform enhancements.
- Introduce innovative, "first-to-market" ideas that boost conversion and online sales.
- Own the execution of product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Share best practices across subsidiaries, driving consistency and excellence at a regional level.
About you
- Deep experience in eCommerce / Digital, with a proven track record of driving performance across multiple levers.
- Naturally curious, innovative, and solutions-focused with a proactive "can-do" mindset.
- Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret insights quickly and accurately to guide decisions.
- Strong relationship builder, able to influence and communicate effectively in a complex, multinational matrix environment.
- Resilient, driven, and commercially minded with the determination to deliver progress and growth at pace.
