eCommerce Manager

This is a well-established brand with a strong presence in the UK and international markets. Known for high-quality production and a heritage-driven approach, the brand focuses on luxury positioning, customer experience, and strategic growth across retail and eCommerce.

This commercial role exists to drive the online presence and performance across DTC channels. The focus is on optimising brand websites and digital marketplaces to deliver a seamless customer experience and maximise online revenue.

A bit about the role

• Lead and optimise DTC eCommerce platforms, focusing on the main brand website.
• Manage site trading, product visibility, and alignment with marketing plans to drive conversions.
• Oversee website development, maintenance, CRO, UX testing, and ongoing performance improvements.
• Build business cases and manage integrations, migrations, plugins, and digital innovations.
• Use analytics to monitor KPIs, SEO, site speed, and overall web performance.
• Create and manage web content, product catalogues, landing pages, promotions, and launches.
• Manage agency relationships and budgets, ensuring work delivers both commercial and brand value.

A bit about you

• Experience in eCommerce retail across multiple platforms.
• Hands-on with Shopify, WordPress, CMS tools, Google Analytics, and reporting software.
• Understands omnichannel retail and how to link digital and offline experiences.
• Strong analytical skills for traffic, engagement, and conversion performance.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for digital innovation.
• Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, CRO, PPC, social media) and how premium/luxury DTC brands operate online.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; international experience a plus.
