Role Overview

An opportunity for an accomplished Global Experiential & Events Lead to drive the strategy, planning, and seamless delivery of impactful public policy and industry events worldwide. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels at translating organisational vision into compelling, best-in-class experiences.

The successful candidate will bring a global mindset, expert-level event production skills, and a passion for delivering polished, high-profile programs that engage diverse stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management of a wide variety of events, from ideation through post-event reporting, ensuring all programs are executed to the highest standards.

  • Develop and communicate the brand and event narrative internally and externally, managing alignment across internal teams and third-party production vendors.

  • Oversee all logistics and operational details, including vendor management, guest communications, catering, accommodations, staffing, transportation, security, VIP support, and on-site production.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, run planning meetings, track deliverables, and maintain clear project timelines to ensure events are delivered on schedule and within budget.

  • Manage financial and legal processes, including contract negotiations, budget reconciliation, invoicing, permits, and insurance documentation.

  • Produce post-event analysis and reporting, including KPI tracking, wrap-up decks, and archiving of project materials and assets.

  • Create and deliver executive-facing presentations summarising event strategy, outcomes, and impact.


Required Qualifications

  • 8-10+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, or live event management, with a portfolio demonstrating large-scale program execution and budget oversight.

  • Significant global event experience, including familiarity with regional requirements, vendor networks, and cultural considerations.

  • Experience in public policy, government relations, or related industries is preferred.

  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Proven capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritise competing demands, and remain adaptable in a dynamic setting.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing and delivering presentations to senior leadership.

  • Proficiency in event budgeting, contracting, and risk management processes.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or Public Affairs.
