Graphic Designer / Artworker - 9-Month FTC

Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Contract: 9-month fixed-term contract

Role Overview

This is a niche Graphic Designer / Artworker role with a broader skill set than a typical design position. The role is highly executional, with a strong focus on artworking and production rather than purely conceptual design.

Designers are expected to handle photography-related work, as there is no in-house photography support. The role suits someone with a strong eye for detail, excellent taste level, and the ability to create brand-led assets from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and produce high-quality visual assets for e-commerce product pages

• Support the development of brand-led creative assets across multiple touchpoints

• Deliver artwork with a strong focus on precision, consistency, and commercial standards

• Design occasional assets for:

  • Social media

  • Email campaigns

  • Packaging projects (ad hoc)

• Retouch and refine imagery to a high commercial standard

• Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines and commercial objectives

Ideal Background & Experience

• 2-3 years' experience in a graphic design or artworker role

• Retail background strongly preferred

• Experience working on Amazon listings is a plus, but not essential

• Strong all-rounder with experience across:

  • Artworking and production

  • Brand creation and development

• Portfolio must demonstrate:

  • Strong taste level

  • Ability to create brand-led assets from scratch (not just layout or adaptation work)

• Comfortable managing multiple briefs in a fast-paced environment

• No people management experience required
